Booking information and supplier terms
Before booking, identify whether you are requesting a service directly from Ibiza Rent a Car or reserving with an external partner. Terms are confirmed for the vehicle, dates and supplier in your proposal.
A search or enquiry is not a booking
A search shows options; an email requests information. Keep the explicit booking confirmation and the details of the supplier providing the service. An information or status page is not proof of payment.
Price, guarantee and requirements
Check final price, extras, guarantee, payment methods, documents and driver requirements before confirming. Review cover, exclusions, fuel and mileage.
Handover, cancellation and changes
Confirm location, hours and the collection and return procedure. Read the specific offer’s rules for cancellation, changes, delays and no-shows. For hotel delivery or another return office, confirm the service and cost.
Bookings with partners
Search buttons lead to an external supplier or comparison service. There you review the terms and complete the booking. For changes, receipts or questions about a charge, use the contact on your confirmation. Opening a page cannot establish that payment was received.
Directly agreed services
For a direct offer, request the applicable terms in writing before accepting. General information does not replace your agreement. For enquiries, provide your reference without sending full payment card details.
